The Queen & Buckingham Palace finally respond to Harry & Meghan’s accusations

It’s been almost three days since Oprah’s interview with Harry and Meghan Markle. The interview, as expected, broke all records worldwide. It also created so much drama and controversies surrounding what was spoken about in the interview that the media got enough material to keep their audience occupied for a month.

Why not, since this is the first time a royal has given such an explosive interview and the third time a commoner related to a royal has spoken out, Lady Diana and Fergie were the first two.

Meghan and Harry, in a way, gave their own blind items on the show. They wouldn’t say who was the racist member of their family, who commented on the baby’s skin, and that whole thing about Kate making Meghan cry seemed to be just there to stir the pot.

It has taken the Palace or The Firm three days to finally address Harry and Meghan’s explosive interview. Take a look at what the Queen’s people have to say:EwDjvC_WEAAVh2u

It’s no surprise that they came up with such a short response. What else can they say? The things concerning them in Harry and Meghan’s interview were all private and personal matters and the palace never comments on anything private publicly.

Note that in the statement it is written “While some recollections may vary” which points that whoever was involved has another story to tell, meaning it’s not entirely the true story.

After this, will the Queen still zoom Harry? What about Meghan? Hard to think they are going to accept her after all she did. How will Harry repair the friendship with his brother if his wife threw Kate under the bus?

While the royals named in the interview can’t speak out or even tell their side of the story, the situation with the tabloids and Meghan is going to get worse, if it hasn’t already.

By the way, going back to Oprah’s interview…It’s been three days so there has been time to process all of that information and accusations.

There are so many things that don’t add up. Harry’s reaction to Meghan telling him she is suicidal…They are blaming the family for not taking action and not doing anything but how could they when they knew nothing about it? Harry admits to not telling anyone which means Meghan, on her own contacted HR, without telling Harry she was going to do so. It’s all a bit strange considering how important mental health discussions were to Harry and William. Was it all for show, then?

Then, there’s the Kate made Meghan cry talk. There seems to be something more to it. It can’t just be that one incident and according to Meghan, Kate apologized, so why bring that up again if she was forgiven? There must be something more there because of the strong animosity that exists between these two.

Harry should have been asked about Kate since he has publicly said how close he is to her and how she is like a sister to him.

According to reports before Harry married Meghan, his father, brother and Kate tried to warn him about Meghan and how he should take things slow. Since then, their relationship was never the same as it once was.

Three days after the Oprah interview, it appears that Meghan and Harry went on Oprah to say all these things because he was hurt his father was not supporting him financially. He was disappointed that he is not getting anything, in terms of money, from the royal family. He did not expect to have to support his family by himself, he didn’t think that was his responsibility even though he and his wife made the claim that they wanted to be “financially-independent”. Did he not know what that meant?

Did they think their action to go public with their private issues is going to help anything? Did they assume Charles would see the interview and hear their complaints and give them money?

Bear in mind that they said, if they were supported by the family they would never have left. Meaning every issue they brought up in the interview wouldn’t have been an issue if the family gave them what they wanted.

Meghan sounded like she went in that family with a preconceived notion about how they would react to her, treat her, and appreciate her. It seems when that didn’t happen, when they didn’t care for her the way she thought they would, she came up with an exit plan. She also thought the tabloids were going to be extra nice to her and never bother her, people were going to love her. That didn’t happen!

And how much longer are they going to exploit Diana’s legacy? To go to the length of comparing themselves to what Diana has gone through? On top of that, get inspired by that storyline from ‘The Crown’ by claiming the royal family was jealous of Meghan after their Australia-NZ tour.

    It doesn’t add up.

If the royal family wasn’t OK with their union, they would have never been able to get married. Meghan’s job as Harry’s wife was to serve the public and be nice while doing that so why would anyone be jealous? This is what they are all supposed to do?! Something that Harry himself said in that interview, put on a smile and do your job!

So what else were they hoping to gain, other than blackmailing the family? They got what they wanted, they left Britain and they can do pretty much what they want to make money. There’s no restrain and official responsibility. We are guessing their plan were spoiled the minute the pandemic happened and lockdown took place. Otherwise, they would have been all over the place with their newly-made celebrity friends.

Anyway, too much drama! Leave that old lady alone, especially when her really-old husband is at the hospital.

P.S. A lot of Meghan’s friends came to her defence since last week, except for PC. Wonder why?!

    1. Hi Admin

Liked you previous post a lot. PC is in London . May be she does not want to disturb her stay. Also , reports are rife that Meghan bullied PAs, staff etc. Oprah never asked a single question with regard to that. I think Buckingham Palace’s response was classy and a bit clever. Do you think the same?

      1. Yes, it is! They are not going to give in and fight this in public. Btw, Meghan & PC are no longer friends and not in touch. But despite that, PC didn’t say anything in Meghan’s support.
