Expect more tours coming from Beyoncé and Jay Z because of the huge mortage they have to pay with this house. In April, they put in a bid of $120 million for the house and the asking price for the house was $135 million. They might have ended up paying $88 million for house, it is still the sixth highest price ever paid for a single-family home in Los Angeles County and the highest price paid so far this year.
At $88 million, this mansion is pretty sleek looking. It’s the kind of house that we imagined we would one day have when we were kids. You know what happens to your childhood dreams? They don’t happen because you grow up and you realise that dreams are overrated and paying your bills is reality.
According to PageSix, this house comes 11 bathrooms, a media room, space for a recording studio, a garage that can fit 15 cars, separate staff quarters and a big spa with a hot tub, sauna and steam room.
