THESE renowned music composers are in a fix. Everyone knows the hook-line of their recent chartbuster is lifted from a Japanese tune, but the duo is unable to react to the charges. And that’s because they acted on the behest of a mega producer-director whose latest release was a colossal dud at the box office. Talking of the filmmaker, we hear he hasn’t taken the failure of his latest outing well, especially in a year when only the young guns were able to hit bull’s eye.

Hope the original Japanese music producers sue the pants out of Adi and the music directors for plagiarism.
Where will they sue, in India? Who wants a court case for a song going on for 20 years? Even the lawyers are out to make money by delaying cases needlessly. The best they can do is go international, but getting the song blocked on YouTube and iTunes now won’t make much of a difference.
