In the last picture that I think is from her Chikni Chameli days, you can see a drastically different v-shaped jaw. Agree she used to have a square jaw, but if you inject botox into your jaw muscles it causes them to constrict and have a more triangular shape. It is very popular in S. Korea as you mentioned.

That place is somewhere in Austria i guess, Many celebs go there, Well, kat has done a lot of facial surgeries and botox. She was never beautiful which her old pics are proof but i find that kat beautiful because she was natural. Though through her surgeries she did manage to look gorgeous from 2009 till 2012 but not anymore as an overdose of everything is bad. Now she is unrecognizable and more manly looking. Saw her last night pics at Salman’s house, gosh she was looking so bad and more like a eunuch. You wont recognize her at all. i remember she was one of those actresses who used to look good without makeup. There is something wrong with her face.Today, makeup and styling fail to hide her messed up face. Having said that, no one i repeat not a single star in BW is naturally beautiful.
