Shruti Haasan can be considered “still struggling” in Bollywood. Despite having a father like Kamal Hassan, Shruti has found no luck in Bollywood. Actually, it’s pretty much like her dad. Kamal wasn’t that successful too in Bollywood despite being a huge legend down south in Chennai. Shruti was last seen in the multicast film ‘D-Day’ opposite Arjun Rampal. She was also seen in ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ opposite newcomer Girish Kumar. The film wasn’t that well received at the box office. Well, Shruti has nothing to worry about, she’s talented and can sing; things will surely look up for her.
