This was done back then when both of them were not popular, but they were popular in the modelling circuit and in the fashion world. I don’t really know what Upen Patel’s story is, but I do know that like Katrina Kaif, he too comes from London. He does have a thicker British accent compared to Katrina. They both were in the films ‘Namaste London’ and ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani’ in which Katrina played the main female lead while Upen was part of the supporting cast.
