The premiere of ‘Vishwaroopam’ was finally held at the Sathyam Cinemas by Kamal Haasan on February 6. A lot of his friends and supporters in the film industry dropped by to wish him well. The father of Kamal Haasan was also there and this is the first time I have seen him anywhere. Kushbu made an appearance and also spotted was the family and the presence of Jayaram Parvathy. I heard that Rajnikanth will also watch the film, as Kamal apparently requested him to do so, but he wasn’t present at this premiere. This is definitely a reason to celebrate for Kamal Haasan as ‘Vishwaroopam’ was previously banned from being released in Tamil Nadu.
