Priyanka Chopra made two public appearances earlier this week. The first was to support her hubby Nick Jonas at the Billboard Music Awards 2021 and on the cover of this Vogue Australia magazine.
PC looks great! We thought it was photoshopped but she looked fit at the BBMA, so that’s her new-look now. Pretty sure she didn’t look like this during the Oprah interview…Or since last year! PC took a break from working in the UK to come over to the USA and attend this award event as Nick was the host and he also performed with his brothers on stage.
The Jonas Brothers announced their new tour dates which will start in August this year. Yes, apparently in the U.S. it’s already safe to hold big events or perhaps, this one is going to be smaller with the required space between attendees. Their last tour and comeback happened back in 2019 soon after PC got married to Nick. And now, after Nick released his new album which didn’t really manage to make much noise in the market or online, the brothers probably realized they are better off touring and making music as a band.
Back to the Vogue photoshoot…
She has really lost a lot of weight, isn’t it? In this issue of Vogue Australia magazine, PC was asked about the secret to a happy marriage. Here’s her answer:
“I am just two years in. So, I wouldn’t be able to tell you so much,” said the actor but added that for her conversation is the key. “According to me, the secret is conversation. And actually sitting down, being able to talk to each other, spend time with each other and actually enjoy it. I think it is an amazing secret.”
They asked her about her wedding, again…
Speaking about her “epic wedding,” Priyanka said, “The secret behind world’s most epic wedding was doing it in two months. Because we did not have time to think about anything. So, by the time it was done, it was just perfect, epic.”
And lastly, the secret of her successful career…
“The secret is to just keep my head down and keep working. Always look for the next step and never rest on your laurels. If you want to keep moving, the only thing you have got to do is move,” the actor quipped.
That is true! She has never stopped working. She’s a workaholic and the pandemic last year was probably the first time she had to stop working to sit at home and do nothing! But adding to the statement above, she forgot to mention how it is important to stay relevant…’Cause you can keep working all you want, if you are not relevant…if the papers are not talking about you, you are nobody!
