Salman Khan on the occasion of his birthday last year announced his next project. We shared the news right here: On Bollywood’s Ultimate Godfather’s Birthday, he gives the gifts. Technically, it is a gift to his brother-in-law. But what about this supposed gift from Rakesh Roshan? What would you call it?
A gift that no one wants. OK, maybe kids want it. Kids deserve to have a nice superhero movie they can watch with the family. But, just how original is this one going to be? Hopefully, he waits for ‘Robot 2.0’ to release first because last time when Rajnikanth’s film release, both Shah Rukh Khan and Rakesh Roshan were shocked at how good the film was. SRK had ‘Ra.One’ up for release then and both of them reshot several scenes and added more scenes to their respective superhero films.
The only problem we have is that Hrithik Roshan has so much potential than the Krrish series. He can do so much better by choosing better scripts to be a part of instead of wasting years of his not-so-young age to focus on one mediocre movie. Yes, we know it’s not going to be the best because that is what production in India can afford. Indian producers don’t have Hollywood movie to producer amazing VFX. Heck, they don’t even have South Indian producers money.
Hrithik with his multiple body pain is going to put himself through all the trouble of flying here and there and then doing extreme stunts. In 2 years, he will be 46 years old. It would have been better had his father thought of some original script for Hrithik to be part of, instead of continuing something that is just going to be a mashup of several Hollywood superhero movies.
Let’s just see what happens. In the meantime, here’s wishing Hrithik Roshan a very happy birthday. Take it easy on the body and mind, Hrithik!
P.S. A better gift would have been Rakesh Roshan telling us the truth about what transpired between him and Kangana Ranaut since Kangu claimed she called him to warn him about Hrithik. This Krrish new move gift is more for Rajesh Roshan and you all know why!
