At the Cannes Film Festival this year, a lot of Indians made appearances everywhere. Vidya Balan was invited to be part of the jury members at the Cannes Film Festival, an honour that was previously bestowed on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan some years back. Vidya joined the likes of other jury members, such as Steven Spielberg, Nicole Kidman, Ang Lee, Cristian Mungiu, Daniel Auteuil, Christoph Waltz, Naomi Kawase and Lynne Ramsa to pose for the media in Cannes.
