Trailer: Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria & Ananya Panday in Student Of The Year 2

Check it out right here. Looks like a school set in a place that does not exist yet on earth unless you are planning to join Navy Seals and go for the World Dancer competition at the same time!

So this is it from Tiger? That’s all he can do? Swing his legs the same way whether he’s fighting or dancing. Show off his gazillion packs? It’s like he lets his body part do the acting, instead of his face! It was cute in his first film because he was new and so different from his daddy, but now….It’s like watching the same thing over and over again.

Student of the Year 2 is like the first one except now Tara is Sidharth and Ananya is Varun, which means Tiger is Alia. Well, we will know that when the film releases! This makes Ananya’s character much better than Tara’s character in the film.

Question is, will the young audience of today enjoy this film? Will they queue up to go and watch it?

    Nothing more to say.

    1. I think it looks fun, and I’m in my late thirties. We have to remember that sometimes people just wanna watch a bit of loud, colorful glitz. It’s like the bad pop music problem – many of us pretend not to like it, but it’s comforting and fun in secret. If I had kids and I wanted a day out to the cinema I’d rather watch this than something realistic. HOWEVER this does not excuse the glaringly flagrant nepotism involved in the casting. Anyone can do these roles, the film will be appealing because of the technical choices, not the humans in it.

Also, the mimicry of LA high school culture is nauseating. But hey ho. I recently saw a South Korean pop video that was doing the same. The whole world (maybe apart from England) want to be American (and that too, the Disney club version).

    2. So is anyone surprised that star kids get the better roles. BTW kjo makes cw teen crap look more believable

@admin LOLz what about gif is on point.

    3. Kjo is smart. He is showcasing Tiger doing what he does best, action and dance so that his fans will go watch the movie. This will be a hit only because of Tiger’s stardom. He has fan following who loves his action and dance.

    4. Talking about how much the movie will work, well jahan TikTok chal gaya wahan ye movie bhi chal hi jayega!

    5. SOTY was mediocre, SOTY2 is just carrying it’s legacy. Only thing I ma upset about is how they managed to make Tara sutaria look less beautiful than what she is off screen 😛

    6. Personally I didnt like the trailer. All the main leads look out of place and plastic.

We might criticise the movie all we want but it might end up being a money spinner at box-office if music is a hit and even if the movie turns out to be average.
My guess – ROI for Soty2 will be greater than kalank.

    7. It seems too far from reality, where can we see such college. Looks like combination of Jo Jeeta and KKHH. Should see how will it fare at BO. Not a fan of any of these actors/Kebab uncle

    8. Can’t honestly predict the outcome of this film.

I recall when SOTY came out, people bashed the film, especially as it was directed by KJo after he directed My Name Is Khan and it was his first film without SRK. Out of the new comers then, just Varun showed talent. Alia looked like a brainless bimbo and Sidharth was hot.

Now, comments online are praising SOTY as if it was a masterpiece, especially as the then newcomers Varun and Alia now have huge fan bases.

So i’ll watch it, then pass my judgement or wait for reviews, depending on my mood

    9. Tiger shroff is male user Katrina kaif unfortunately their was male actor like khans kapoor who’s shoulder film depends upon but here in tiger case its him so just like munna Michael this film flop too how much they promote this film end up earning 60-70cr on box office.
