No one predicted how big of a star Salman Khan would become when ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ released in the late eighties. In fact, magazines more or so thought that he might just become another Kumar Gaurav. Kumar Gaurav’s first film was a huge hit, but after that all of his films flopped at the box office. We think the correct term to describe him would be “one hit wonder”.
