It’s nice when celebrities use their star power to get people’s attention on some real issues. I wished more celebs would do that. Cricket star Sachin Tendulkar, actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Kajol, actor Anil Kapoor and producer Pamela Chopra were in attendance at a fund raising event aimed to provide money for underprivileged schools. I wish there comes a day when everyone in India would get to go to school. If only the government can make education free, but no, they would rather take any spare cash there is and put it in their pockets or send their own kids abroad to get the best of education!
