It supports cable modems, DSL, wireline WAN, T1, & 3G; WAN Auto Failover to 3G/4G for redundancy, DHCP Server, DNS Relay, DMZ Host, Auto-Reconnect function, connect-on-demand, Auto-Disconnect, MAC access control, Virtual server, Dynamic IP, Static IP / RIP IP and QoS. It also features management functions such as Web GUI, SNMP Management, remote control management, is firmware upgradeable, has auto connect to network function, a set up wizard and WDS (Wireless Distribution System).

The Nexaira NexConnect supports standard IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2×2 mimo wireless technology with up to 300 mbps Wi-Fi 100 mbps Ethernet transfer rates, and has a range coverage of Tx/Rx power 18dbm/Per Cell, 35-100 meters indoors and up to 100-300 meters outdoors.
