May 2018 – Bollywood Blind Item 10

Today’s blind item is about the surprising success of this film that was released last week. The ex-producer has been acting like a bitter partner in a break-up. What is the deal with her anyway? It seems that she can’t fathom the fact that her production house went down in flames. Even if she is not in the wrong, it is spiteful of her to have done what the blind item is saying she did. We are curious to see now whether she will be able to bounce back. Insiders say that her production company is stuck in debt, so unless she declares bankruptcy and open up another production house, it will be a while before she will be able to get back on the movie business scene. She can also ask the richest family in Mumbai for their help, but to do that she needs to have connections leading to them directly.

Back to this recently released film, it is surprising to see it do well. Usually during Ramzan/Ramadan in India, movies don’t really fare well. ‘Baahubali’ was a huge exception. This movie too is something new and serious, not your typical dance-singing films. If films like these get its audience, producers will be interested in making more films of this genre. It will be fun to watch. Check out the blind item from Mumbai Mirror. This producer should just give up on spreading negativity and focus on getting the positivity back to her life. She is giving out negative energies and in return, she will get only negative energies. Speaking of this producer, journalist Subhash K Jha is a huge supporter of her. No idea why!

IT SEEMS like the success of a recent film hasn’t gone down too well with its former producer. In a classic case of sour grapes, the producer has been sending out messages stating that one of the leading man’s earlier movies earned more than the one that released recently. And the messages are even accompanied by comparative stats. Oh well, things people do these days.
