This actress is from Bollywood and earlier this year when the former actress had her baby shower, this actress did not show up. It was strange considering how close she said they were. The media used to refer to them as BFFs.

Page Six from the New York Times first reported this and everyone else picked it up. It made sense and connected a lot of dots or should we say, completed the puzzle.

You all were witness to both the marriage of the former actress and the actress. While the former actress grabbed headlines from all around the world when it was discovered that she was dating prince charming 🤴, this actress was still trying to make it in Hollywood.

At that time, her TV show was still on so she was busy with that and also about answering questions about her BFF. Then came the former actress’ wedding, which this actress was invited to.

After that, things were quiet for a while when suddenly a lot was happening so fast for this actress. She supposedly started dating this singer and then boom, couple of months later she married him.

The wedding was huge and went on for days.

Questions were asked… Did she get married this quickly after witnessing the former actress’ tying the knot? Like, was she inspired to finally take the plunge because of the former actress? From the past couple of months, there have been several reports making the rounds about Priyanka Chopra Jonas being no more friends with Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. PeeCee who attended the Royal Wedding last year had extended an invite to Meghan for her wedding with Nick Jonas. However, Meghan couldn’t attend it owing to her pregnancy. Talking about the same, a source stated to Page Six, “Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes. Priyanka is a huge international star with a tremendous social media following. She is probably more famous worldwide than Meghan is. She feels Meghan didn’t respect her and didn’t respect their friendship.”

But now, in a report by E!News, all these are nothing but mere rumours. A source said that they are thick as friends like before and there weren’t any issues between them. The source said, “All the rumours that Priyanka and Meghan aren’t friends anymore are totally not true. Priyanka and Meghan are still very close friends and they talk frequently. Just because Priyanka didn’t go to the shower, or that Meghan couldn’t come to her weddings, doesn’t mean anything about their friendship. Meghan confides in Priyanka about the adjustments she has to make with being a royal.”

Well, this puts all rumours to the rest!

 

Priyanka Chopra is shutting down rumors she is upset with close pal Meghan Markle for missing her wedding to Nick Jonas.

“They said you didn’t go to her baby shower because you were pissed at her,” “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen said to Chopra on Thursday night’s episode.

The “Quantico” actress responded by simply saying, “No, it’s not true.”

Chopra, 36, was one of the celebrity guests at Markle and Prince Harry‘s royal wedding in May 2018. But when Chopra tied the knot in an extravagant three-day wedding in India in December, the Duchess of Sussex did not attend.

In February, Amal Clooney and Serena Williams hosted a baby shower in New York for Markle, who is expecting her first child with the 34-year-old Duke of Sussex. Clooney and Williams had also attended the royal nuptials, so it was surprising that Chopra was not there.

Following Chopra’s absence at the shower, an insider said, “Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes [for not attending Chopra’s wedding]. She feels Meghan didn’t respect her, and didn’t respect their friendship.”

But a separate source close to Chopra said at the time, “There are no issues between the two women. They are friends, and anything you’re being told otherwise is inaccurate and untrue.”
