Now, it could be that he was tested before leaving the country he was in and then he got tested once he reached India. It is possible since the rules and facilities are different for celebrities and rich people. Since no one got infected, it means he was fine and there was nothing to worry about. But by right, quarantine should have been mandatory.
The blind item is also referring to the late Sushant Singh Rajput’s case where the leading officer was asked to quarantine by the Mumbai Police before proceeding with the Bihar FIR investigations. But the thing was, the other officers passed right through under MP’s nose and was going around interviewing people without being checked first for the virus. And remember the filmy line the leading officer gave the media right after he was released?
