The only way the blind item below could have happened is if the brand has enough money to hire both of these top actors. It sure does, but unfortunately the pairing didn’t work out. Now you might think that it is about this actor’s insecurity. That might not be the case at all. If you are familiar with how being a brand ambassador or appearing in ads work for actors, you would know that these actors cannot make decisions like these without consulting their team first.

For this actor’s case, he was asked to appear in this ad with another star but he refused. His reason for refusing might be that he also endorses another brand that wouldn’t make this association possible even if it is for an ad. The same actor was recently fired by a big brand because he wore a rival brand’s clothes and was photographed in it. It’s not really fired, more like they didn’t renew his contract.

Now, there is also the element of the other actor endorsing another rival brand. If the actor he is going to be paired with is a supporting actor or a lesser-known actor, there won’t be any problem. But if the actor is a famous actor, almost on par with this top actor then it’s not possible. There are way too many things to be considered. For example, if they do an ad together but one of them endorses Pepsi while the other endorses Cola, there might be a problem or breach of contract. We don’t know for sure, but it falls along these complicated lines.

So yes, there might be other issues other than insecurity that might be the reason why this top actor declined to appear in the same ad as the other top actor. It is really a coincidence or perhaps, not that this blind item is coming out a day after it was announced that said actor will be appearing in an ad with the other actor’s wife.

Speaking of these two exes, it’s high time the media let it go when it comes to referring to them as exes. She is married, so have some respect. But then again most people are going to write a headline that grabs eyeballs or in these two exes’ case, remind you why them coming together again is a big deal.

THESE two may be the hottest and most talented actors around and they are sure to have more than one woman between them who will agree but the unsaid tension between them palpable. While the actors have never been cast for a film together, they have been on every director’s ensemble wish list. Not too long ago, a sports brand tried to get these talented competitors to appear together in an ad. While one agreed, the other refused. Wondering who refused and why?
