Blind Item – May – Bollywood – 2018

It wasn’t that hard to figure out who the blind item from DNA is about. It seems that despite being a grown-up adult of over 40 years old, he is still being referred to as a “star-son”. We don’t know whether it’s right because he has not been seen for a while on the big screen now, plus it’s not like he has been able to get a solo hit that made him super-famous and known on his own. At this point of his life and career, he is still his father’s son and his wife’s husband. Nothing wrong with that, but it must be torture for him to think that nothing is going right and the media is not helping either.

He has his hopes up now with this new film that he’s doing. For his sake, we hope it works and hopefully, it doesn’t go too crazy if it works. The thing about actors is, they go crazy and drown themselves in fame when their films do well. Then, when they have had a string of flops, they start complaining about how they were ditched because their films didn’t work or how their flights were changed to economy from first class or how this top actress doesn’t want to work with them.

Frankly speaking, it’s not attractive. Maybe they want to show the audience that they are human beings too and have faced rejection. But here’s the thing, the actors who say that they go back home to their huge bungalows with servants! People don’t fall for that anymore. Perhaps, the only thing that makes the audience feel for actors is death in the family and mental health issues. Because these things don’t make a difference if you are rich or poor, the feeling is the same.

Anyways, check out this blind item from DNA.

Bollywood Blind Item

This star-son’s manager made him take a bad career move!

Whispers in the industry are that a star son refused a parallel role in a big-ticket film releasing later this year, even though the filmmaker who offered him that role is someone with whom he has had a hit before. Then, his pushy manager went ahead and got him a role in another two-hero project. Those who’ve heard the script of this project say that the star-son’s role is “not so significant”. In fact, if you look closely, some people may even think that he is actually playing second fiddle to a fairly new actor, who is not even a star in his own right. “What was the need for him to do a small role in a smaller film when he had an important part in a bigger project?” people wonder. Guess stars and their managers are a weird lot. Some of their decisions are so strange.
