Today’s blind item is the latest blind item by Rajeev Masand. It’s nothing scandalous, which is not rare anymore when it comes to Mr. Masand’s blind item. It’s about a movie that just released last Friday and today, Box Office India has declared the film a flop. But this blind item is not about that, it’s supposedly about a guest appearance that this senior actor was supposed to do. Unfortunately, that guest appearance didn’t happen. Not that it would make any difference to the box office earnings, this movie was not going to work anyways. Just check out the blind item below to see who Rajeev is talking about.

The Cameo Switch
For their new film, an actor-producer and his director reached out to a big-name senior actor to make a single scene cameo as the villain. They thought it would be a terrific idea to have the star appear in their film months before the actor would be on the screen playing the star in a story about his life.
The star was willing; it was only a day’s work. But the music baron producer of his next film decided to play spoilsport, forbidding the star from shooting the cameo, insisting that he was contracted to make his first appearance on screen after a prolonged hiatus in the movie he was producing.
The star apologised to the actor and asked to be let off. Disheartened, the actor and his director roped in an alternative who happily agreed and did the job without giving them any trouble.

Its not surprise that JJ flopped. Everyone predicted it. Even Kat’s fans too. Anymore movies with her in it will flop too. Ranbir still have a chance but after this I think even sanjay must be rethinking him doing his biopic. I dont think Ranbir was such a good choice in the first place but I guess some strings was pulled. I also predict there will be no more movies with this duo either, clearly there is no chemistry. With Deepika and Ranveer, yes. I am so looking forward to Padmavati, I cant wait for they to start promoting it. If I was Kat I would start approaching Ranveer and try to take him away from Deepika, now that would be fun. I hope Kat reads OSOP.
