As for her, the less said the better. They all abuse their power, but who is she to tell young ladies that they must go under the knife? It’s ironic that in that movie company, everyone thinks that they should give out plastic surgery advice to young girls. It’s like they have a membership or get a commission every time they send someone to do plastic or cosmetic surgery. They should look in the mirror first before giving out this advice to naive young ladies.

Time’s Not Up in the Hindi Film Industry
The discussion around sexual harassment and exploitation at the workplace has gotten louder on local shores too.
I’ve heard the professional conduct of at least two popular casting directors being seriously discussed at recent gatherings. Two former assistants of one influential casting head revealed that their jobs involved “cleaning up” after their boss had “had her way” with some young hopeful. They described the said big shot’s appetite for strapping young fellas as an “open secret”. The same person was known to make young girls who came to her for acting opportunities especially insecure about their bodies, routinely recommending cosmetic surgery and “boob jobs” to correct their ‘shortcomings’.
The second casting director, I was informed, had a habit of sending messages to young women he was professionally mentoring,asking them to come for “meetings” late at night. He was infamous among cinema strugglers for showering extra attention on women who were “pliable”.
From what one has been given to understand, these examples are a drop in the ocean when it comes to exploitation in tinsel town. The fear of taking names remains one of the reasons that culprits aren’t taken to task. But in a landscape where men openly accused of crossing the line continue to go about their lives without fear of consequence, it’s hard to say when ‘time’s up’ will be called for sexual misconduct in Bollywood.

I always knew shanoo sharma was shady. The way she acted on kwk, twitter so full of herself and arrogant. Im going to avoid sharmas from now on. They are shady as hell.
When I first started working few years ago in an advertising company ( not in India) they had a woman(definitely not a lady) who looked just like shanoo. She was in a very high position and she haressed young and upcoming models in both genders . I was at finance but got to know there were lots of complaints made to HR but everybody was hesitant to even discuss the matter as she had a huge international network.
I had to travel to Mumbai after few months. There was a child model was aged around 8. She looked very pretty but her mummy ( model too) was saying she’s gonna fix the jawline and node when the baby turns 14. Everyone else was saying no she looks perfect yet mum was explaining how ugly her nose is right now and face would look too huge
My God,why do people hate themselves so much that they feel the need of plastic surgery… What is this fixing?.. I really don’t get that word.. Arent her organs functioning well.. Nose is doing its job,mouth is doing its job and they are not defective to fix…. I am not sure who is setting a particular standard for nose,jawline etc… The whole film and modeling industry should stop conforming to beauty standards.. Standards keep changing you know…they are only filling coffers of plastic surgeons and exposing themselves to a lot of inconvenience that comes along with plastic surgery…
look what is happening in S Korea.. Almost everyone has undergone some or the other plastic surgery and most of the actresses look identical and difficult to distinguish… They don’t even win beauty pageants …
Why Korea, half of Bollywood has umdergone plastic surgery. I, don’t think its wrong but excess of anything is bad and its definitely not for kids/ teenagers.

Some insider claims there is no truth to this at all. Maybe these articles were PCs way to addvertise the intensity of her relationship or may be to put pressure on srk if there was any pic or doc suggesting it happened, i reckon shed have leakedit by now
Srk wud have never left gauri anyway. PC is looking like a fool right now while gauri is hogging all the media headlines with suhana and srk has moved on to better things and focusing on his kids. They must know their dad had an affair with pc.
No married men have affairs with other women by telling these women, “I am going to stay married and have fun with you at the same time.” He and Gauri did drift apart and they were both not happy. Perhaps, SRK was caught in the moment and later on, he snapped out of it!

Women are sensitive and emotional. Men know that. They know how to play with their feelings and these women end up believing what these men tell them.
PC being a.n A lister and fairly intelligent probably should have known how the A listers are obsessive about their image. SRK isnt just a superstar, he is an international star. Imagine the headlines. She really had no chance she should have known better

I always thought there was something creepy and off-putting about shanoo sharma . Shanoo’s pictures with ranveer look creepy , i mean ranveer does hug people while taking pictures with fan’s but , his pictures with shanoo look off-putting for some reason -i guess there’s power abuse. Yrf is filled with creeps. Sometimes i wish ranveer changes his talent management agency , he’ll do much bettter- but then again he’s a yrf talent , so it’ll never happen.
Not to mention apart from Band Baaja YRF gave him crappy movies Befikre, Gunday, Ladies vs Ricky Behl. He will not leave YRF as he feel indebted to Adi Chopra his mentor.
But Ranveers dad paid yrf for his debut so yeah, hes not really indebted to them that much.

So here’s the thing: Ranveer would never do the things he does if he didn’t have the backing of YRF. Simple as that. If it was just a pure-play talent agency like Kwan, Matrix, Bling managing him, he’d act more sober, dress more decent, and so on and so forth. He can get away with everything because of YRF. So yeah, chances of him leaving YRF is next to zero.
@shivanisd–well a lot of rich non filmy people r willing to pay crores to get their kids a proper debut film..despite that to get sucha great launch and to have someone trust ur acting skills when ur a beginner is huge and its nice to see ranveer singh rmr his roots even today..makes him more likeable somehow 🙂 like u rightly said he doesnt have to be indebted, but since he is he seems more down to earth and likeable

I just watched padmavati. All the three leads Deepika,Ranveer and Shahid have done a good job.. Deepika looked very beautiful and acted well. Ranveer acted well and looked menacing,but in some portions his acting was over the top..Shahid was good too.. His acting looked natural to me and he had good chemistry with deepika.. Its sad that Shahid indulges in cheap jibes at other people’s expense sometimes.. Its better he acts humble and stay grounded for his own career.. He does have the talent…. Aditi ,and Raza murad were good as supporting cast… Aditi looked pretty… I didn’t like Jim Sarbh’s character and his acting.. he was distractive and looked a bit fake as per me….Anupriya Goenka who plays Shahid’s first wife was average and her crying scene looked fake… Some other actress should have been cast in her place…
Visually the movie was a treat.. Every frame was colorful and grand…The songs are good and gel with the movie.. Overall,I enjoyed watching the movie and I wish,the protests stop and people get to watch the movie…

Once upon a time he was on par with PC and Kareena… Now they are miles ahead of him… His insecurities has lead to breakups with his GFs and also his career which started great, couldn’t gather momentum…
Deepika and Ranveer are promoting the movie to increase the collection,but Shahid is more interested in himself.. While DP and RS praised Bhansali,I didn’t hear anything as such from Shahid… To make matters worse,his wife mira is further inflating his ego and they appear to me as childish..
@Amanda – How is KKK ahead of Shahid. She does very few movies. In her last movie udta punjab which was in 2016 she wasn’t even main lead. DP and RS praise SLB because he time and again casts them in his movies which are huge success. So obviously they will.
Kkk did udta Punjab on insistence of Shahid.. She has some major brands which she is endorsing.. Always in media for various reasons like Photoshoots, fashion shows etc… It’s only matter of time, she joins back for film shoots.. Her brand value is bigger than shahid’s
Oh ok. I was under impression if she’s an actor she should be known for her movies and roles. I think Shahid is a very good actor and dancer. Mira is doing a great job of dragging him down. Initially I really liked her. Thought she was simple and sweet. God knows what got into her.
i personally enjoyed watching ranveer singh more than anyone else in this film..he was captivating in every scene..felt he complerely stole the thunder 🙂 a few scenes here and there were dragged and boring esp in the first half but RS lights it up everytime he comes on screen in this film..
In some scenes I felt Ranveer was over emphasizing himself… Yeah Some people liked Ranveer and some people liked Shahid(me including).. Liking someone is pretty personal :p
