Since she doesn’t really have any movie projects on hand, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan decided to make most of her time by endorsing some really good projects for society. For Children’s Day, she did something special for the kids and now for World Aids Day, she did something special for all the Aids patients at a local hospital in Mumbai. Aish met with up with pregnant mothers, who were also aids patient and spent some time with them. It’s nice to see her dress normal for this kind of good cause.
