All was hunky dory until the film’s promotions started and this actress was nowhere to be seen. No one told the truth, obviously. Meanwhile, the actress had to give out an interview and instead of telling the truth, she said she had the worst time working on this film and that the film traumatised her in some ways. Well, seeing the actors in drag traumatised us too so just imagine how these girls felt when they saw these actors in drag? And that too, in person!

But that’s not what happened. What happened was, the director one night asked the actress to come to his room on the overseas schedule of this shoot. This was for the purpose of discussing her scene tomorrow. Instead of any discussion happening that night, the actress came in to the director’s room to find him in full monty style waiting for her, like a villain in Bollywood films of the 70s, 80s and 90s – Shakti Kapoor and Prem Chopra style. The actress already took precautions before she stepped in his room. After all, his shenanigans are legendary stories in Bollywood circles and among the actresses of Bollywood. She recorded the whole conversation and scene the minute she stepped in his room. Later, she left the room without doing anything and obviously, in shock. She went to the producer and told him what happened and showed proof and all that. She threatened to go to the police, but the producer stopped her and offered to silence her with a hefty pay-out. Now we don’t know whether the actress asked for that sum or was it offered to her. This was all mentioned in several blind items since her no-appearance at own film’s promotions made news.
