Bollywood is not a good place to make friendships. It is a place where friendships and relationships are created based on the foundation of money. Perhaps, before directors managed to maintain a good relationship with their actors. But lately, the minute the movie flops, the director is kicked out of the actor’s life. Take for example, Bollywood’s Ultimate Godfather. He worked with Kabir Khan on 2 films, which changed his place in Bollywood and also his box office status. The minute their third film became a big flop and was panned by critics and the audience, Godfather dropped Kabir like nothing; bhai walked out like this:

Seriously, he just ended their friendship right then and there with no regard to their previous two successful films together. So you see, this relationship between a director and an actor is superficial. For some reason, the director thinks he has stuck gold and nothing will happen to his friendship with his favourite actor, but the actor has something else in mind. The same situation happened to the director in the blind item below. Seriously though, we just realised that this film came and went. It ended up being a flop at the box office. Most probably because the attention was shifted to the other film that the same actress was in, a film that went on to become a surprise hit at the box office hence this one was forgotten.
