Sometimes, dreams do come true while other times, nothing happens and the dream remains a dream. Clearly that when Priyanka Chopra went over there and got herself a show and some parts in films, actresses in Bollywood must have all wanted to have the same. After all, international fame is better than being known only among Indians. Many actresses have signed up with talent agencies over there in the hope of getting offers. Aside from Deepika Padukone, no one else in Bollywood got any offer. Sure, there is Radhika Apte and Nimrat Kaur, but their positions are different compared to the top actresses in Bollywood.

The actress featured in the blind item below has done a Hollywood film, which is finally being released after years of stalling. The trailer recently came out, and it’s like watching interviews of this actress, minus her giggles and laughs, for the obvious reason, which is usually how she talks in English. When she speaks in Hindi films, you can sense the struggle because Hindi is not her first language, but that hasn’t stopped her from dubbing for her own films in accented Hindi. Her acting is alright in the trailer, normal.

So with the trailer out, perhaps she thought that she will be able to bag more projects in Hollywood. There was even a news article saying the same thing about her but mentioning her landing a second project. According to the blind item, nothing has happened to her over there, so she came back to Galaxy Apartments India. At least, she has nothing to worry about as long as she keeps up the good relations and equations she has with Bollywood’s Ultimate Godfather and this successful film producer. As long as you have a way to make money, you don’t have to worry!

You often wonder why actresses chase after Hollywood and after seeing what PC got, you have your answer. These actresses, who aspire to be in Hollywood, should know that talent alone is not enough, they need good connections that will get them somewhere over there. Speaking of PC, heard that she secured millions for her wedding pictures already. That’s quite a deal! Surely, you also now realise why everything is happening so fast for her: she is cashing in before people start forgetting about her!
