This actor has been the subject of quite a few blind items these past few months. Nothing was as shocking as reading his huge debt to an online poker company. The blind item comes from DNA and they are wondering where the actor is getting most of his money from. He does keep working, but he also became the brand ambassador of this poker company to clear his debts. Now whether the debts have been cleared and he is being paid for this position is still unknown. What is known, though, is that he is going to go through a divorce soon so why is he spending this much money? Or rather, why is he spending money he doesn’t have?

Maybe he wants to be known as a star, which is why he wants to spend more. You know, elevate his status in Mumbai. People judge each other by what they have and the more expensive the houses and the cars, the higher respect they will have for you. Personally, it’s a huge headache to buy expensive stuffs. Cars and houses are not worth spending a lot. If you have the cash, sure why not? But if you have to borrow a loan from the bank, it’s not worth it. Buy what you can afford so that you don’t feel the burden on your shoulders if things don’t go as planned financially. We all think we will be making money forever, but sometimes life does not happen the way we envisioned it will.

This middling actor's splurging ways have become the talk of the town

An actor who is up s**t creek is the topic of hot gossip. People are constantly asking, “How can he afford his lifestyle?’’ He is just a middling star and therefore, obviously, he doesn’t have much of a bank balance, say sources. Some time ago, he was looking to buy a house for Rs 30 crore but dropped out because he was cash-strapped at that juncture.

However he is currently said to be paying nothing less than Rs 10.5 lakhs per month for his rented apartment. What’s more, he even encourages those close to him to splurge. And the water cooler conversation in film studios now is, “where is the money flowing in from?”
