January 2018 – Bollywood Blind Item 8

Some time back, Mumbai Mirror had reported on the supposed relationship between the young daughter of a superstar and a nephew of an actor. BollywoodLife seems to have an update on the situation. It seems that the mother of this young girl has realised just how bad being with this boy can be for her daughter. At least, we hope that is what she has in mind because to us, he pretty much looks like an attention-seeking. Actually, there’s another word for it, but we won’t use it. Still, it doesn’t change how this guy loves the limelight and if he dates this girl, his status will go up the roof!

Check out who this blind item is about below.

    January 2018 – Bollywood Blind Item 8

The celebrity mother of this famous star kid wants her to stay away from her boyfriend

Last few years have all been about which star kid will debut when. This year, we have two of them, who made a lot of news in recent times. Sara Ali Khan will debut with Kedarnath whose release date is in a bit of a chaos right now thanks to Abhishek Kapoor’s desperation to clash with Shah Rukh Khan. Then there’s Janhvi Kapoor, who will debut with the remake of Sairat, Dhadak. The first posters of the film have set the right tune for the film. But while these young beauties are gearing up to see whether or not the audience will accept them, this other star kid has issues of her own. You see, her mother is one of her major concerns as she is trying hard to keep her away from her lover.

The celebrity mother is never really known to interfere in anyone’s life – be it in her super famous husband or her equally famous kids. But guess now she feels there’s a need to rein in the teenagers for their own good. We hear this star wife has asked her daughter to stay away from her boyfriend, who she has been dating for quite a while. The boy, too, belongs to a filmi family and are part of the same circle. They have many common friends and have been spotted going out together with other friends. There were rumours that both the families approve of this match and don’t mind their frequent meetings. But it seems the star wife is feeling a bit protective about her daughter who has been in the media eye for a long time now.

    1. Admin, what is actually your opinion on star kids since Bollywood will be filled with them in a few years?

      1. Star kids have always been around. Our old people grew up in the era where Raj Kapoor’s son made his debut. For us, it was Hrithik, Uday, Abhishek, Shamita Shetty, Esha Deol, Kareena and Tusshar. The only difference back then and now is that if you didn’t want to watch these guys, you don’t watch them. Their films flop and that’s it. These days, whether you like it or not, they are thrown to your faces. The media, social media and their parents all push them onto your face. You can’t even look away. The only way you can avoid them is if all your three senses aren’t working: hearing, seeing and feeling.

        1. Agree Admin..

          Adding my thoughts –
Social Media has become a nuisance now.. My own friends post every detail of their life on Facebook and Instagram that I have stopped checking them.. After a while it starts getting boring..
All wannabe actors are seen everywhere on social media, acting as though they are already stars Atleast in old times, they were not pushed too much into the face… They didn’t had over enthusiastic pr, which today’s generation have.. I think I can take only a certain percentage of star kids, maybe 40% to 50%,but if almost 90% of them are kids with connections, then I better look for good movies elsewhere.. Better explore other film industries…

          1. True. Don’t know why people feel the need to announce things on social media. You want to go potty, go potty! Don’t announce your decision to go potty and then wait for people to praise you on your decision to go potty and then go potty. It’s annoying!

          2. So true amanda. Our media outlets especially the online ones are totally sold out! Many thanks to the admin for remaining neutral and unbiased.

            1. I actually prefer Hrithik, Uday(even with his nonsensical acting), Shamita, Kareena, Esha, Abhishek etc over what we have today. These guys atleast had some form of charm and charisma. Today is just Kendall and Kylie wannabes,
