Natalie Portman’s Ballet Trainer Mary Helen Bowers Releases a Book

Seems that everyone is capitalizing in the ‘Black Swan’ fame. First we had the choreographer of the film, Benjamin Millepied, who scored a good few deals himself. Now, we have Mary Helen Bowers. Mary Helen Bowers was the one who trained Natalie to get in shape for her role.
